No Cancellation on Custom Orders
Because of the complexity of flight simulator hardware and the high cost required to initiate their production, most of our simulators and modules are sold as custom products, and orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.
The lead time of a product may vary depending on a number of factors ranging from the product of choice, the level of customization to the productivity of our supply chain. Shipping solutions largely depend on the location of destination, the size of the package and local regulations. It is therefore important for customers and NeoEngress Simulations to achieve a common agreement in regards to our payment and RETURN POLICY before any purchase is made. Please also read our RETURN POLICY for more information.
Inquiries And Confirmation of Availability
Customers must contact NeoEngress Simulations for confirmation on their product of interest before placing an order. E-mails are recommended because they are generally safer and well archived. You may also reach us through social media platforms such as Facebook. All the "Request Info" buttons lead to the Contact page, where you may send us an inquiry message by filling out a form. We will get back to you by mail shortly after your request has been received.
We accept payments through PayPal transfer. Credit/debit cards will also be supported through Wix payment. Alternatively, wire transfers are accepted upon request. Transfer fees, insurances, tariffs, VAT and other taxes or fees that may occur during payment or the shipping of goods from NeoEngress Simulations are not included in the price quotes. However, NeoEngress works actively to help customers fulfill each order the best we can.
Each order will be reviewed by NeoEngress Simulations and confirmed in written form with the customer before proceeding. The customer must pay our designated amount as a confirmation of the order and to initiate the production. This initiation payment is not refundable unless criteria defined by the RETURN POLICY are met. Please refer to the RETURN POLICY for more detailed information. The amount of the initiation payment will be discussed on an individual basis along with the product specs and quotations.
NeoEngress Simulations works with numerous couriers and keeps trying to optimize the shipping solutions in terms of cost, time and safety. We organize our supply chain internationally and ship out orders from locations that we think would work best for each order. Specific means of packing and transportation will be discussed and confirmed prior to the initiation payment of each order. We try to make sure each order is shipped out in time and help customers with shipment tracking when needed. Once shipped, we won't have control over the logistics and can't guarantee the availability of tracking information from the couriers. But we will do everything in our power to help resolve any issues that may occur with logistics.
